.... What other sport offers the fan so much excitement or such a pure
adrenaline rush? What other sport offers so many role models for
ourselves and our children? None that I have come across. Stock car racing has been a part of my life since my birth. I have grown up with it and it has become a part of me. From the local, Saturday night tracks to the palaces of speed in Charlotte and Daytona you will meet no finer people and no more dedicated sportsmen anywhere in the world. This site is a tribute to the people who make stock car racing what it is - the drivers, crew members, sanctioning bodies, magazines, web sites and fans. It is also just a hobby, so while I do my best to keep it updated and current, at times it is impossible. Still, I hope everyone will find something they enjoy and some reason to come back See you at the track ;)

Stock car racing fan - a definition: Fans of stock car racing are unlike any other sports fans in the world. They are dedicated to their favourite drivers, their sponsors and teams with an unmatched intensity, and yet most will profess to liking all or most of the drivers in a given series. They recognize the effort that the drivers and teams put into their careers and respect them all for it. Stock car racing fans typically attend races with their families and value the family atmosphere they find there. They appreciate as much as anything else the examples set by the drivers and team members. True fans love the action and the thrill of speed, but dread the threat of tragedy present at the faster tracks.
