To my knowledge, Autodrome Ste Eustache is the only NASCAR track in Canada since Delaware Speedway dropped their sanction for 2006.

NASCAR® in Canada It's official, after years of rumors and speculation Tony Novotny has finally sold CASCAR, the leading stock car series in Canada, to NASCAR. The new series will be known as the NASCAR Canadian Tire Series. Canadian Tire, one of the largest general merchandise retailers in Canada and the primary sponsor of perennial favourite Peter Gibbons has reportedly signed on for multiple years.
